Return Policy

We accept returns for credit on the customer's account for new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Items can also be returned for repair, with terms and conditions varying based on the manufacturer’s warranty.

If an item is found to be defective right out of the box, it can be exchanged for a new product at no charge or returned for credit according to the manufacturer’s policy. If the manufacturer determines that the product is not initially defective, not new, or that its inability to function properly is due to user damage or abuse, the customer will be responsible for the charges associated with its replacement.

Axis Warranty

Axis offers a comprehensive 5-year warranty service, ensuring first-class quality, reliability, and support for their products. The warranty, valid for purchases shipped from Axis to the original purchaser on or after April 1, 2020, covers defects in design, workmanship, and materials, providing repair or replacement at no cost. With no registration required, the Axis 5-year warranty covers most products and includes enhanced RMA support for defective items within the warranty period.

Hanwha Warranty

Hanwha Vision America (HVA) offers a 5-year warranty on its network products, covering defects in materials and workmanship for products manufactured after January 2022 and shipped after July 1, 2023. The warranty is limited to supplying replacement parts, repairing, or replacing any product determined by HVA to have defects at the time of shipment, excluding on-site service, removal, and re-installation costs. This exclusive warranty does not cover damages from mishandling, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs, and HVA disclaims all implied warranties and liability for incidental or consequential damages.
